Responsibilities for Stenotypists:
- Prepare and type letters, reports, and other documents as required
- Maintain records and files in an organized manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings for supervisors
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Responsibilities for Sanitary Worker:
- Keep the premises clean and hygienic
- Maintain the washrooms and toilets clean and tidy
- Ensure that waste is properly disposed of
- Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
